TOU D’HERBETES

Tou d’Herbetes is made by a coagulation process from pasteurized goat’s milk. The crust is covered with aromatic herbs and matures in 15 days. Its interior is milky white and it has a creamy texture.

They are many values to this cheese. Like all the other cheeses that we produce,this cheese is made with milk from our own goats. It is a limited production and does not include any other added products.
