Can Xicoy Massís is a cheese that takes at least 4 months to mature. It has a flowery natural skin with shades of gray that remind you of the smell of the forest. The interior is white and the is texture solid. The use of raw milk accentuates its intense taste.

They are many values to this cheese. Like all the other cheeses that we produce,this cheese is made with milk from our own goats. It is a limited production and does not include any other added products.
