FORMATGE DE FARCELL

The cheese wrap takes the name from the cloth which it is made from. This cheese matures between 30 and 45 days. The skin is washed to encourage the growth of yeast that give it color and accentuate its taste. It has a creamy taste in the mouth and is slightly acidic.

They are many values to this cheese. Like all the other cheeses that we produce,this cheese is made with milk from our own goats. It is a limited production and does not include any other added products.
