SEMI-CURED CHEESE

The Can Xicoy semi-cured cheese is a Garrotxa. It’s maturity takes between 45 and 60 days. It has aflowery natural skin with shades of gray that reminds you of the smell of the forest. The interior is milky white,it has a creamy texture and leaves a silky taste in your mouth.

They are many values to this cheese. Like all the other cheeses that we produce,this cheese is made with milk from our own goats. It is alimited production and does not include any other added products.
